Yes, 100%. While items come from clearance and overstock supplies, all single blind boxes remain brand-new, genuine, and factory sealed. Outer boxes may occasionally show minor storage wear from warehouse handling, but the internal figures are completely pristine and untouched.

Yes! We provide FREE standard shipping on all orders over $20. For orders under $20, a small flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: Are blind boxes eligible for return after opening?

Due to the blind box element of surprise and rarity, products must be in their original, unopened packaging (outer foil and seal intact) to qualify for a regular change-of-mind return. Items that arrive damaged or broken are covered 100%.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
